Andrew W Hoover – Owner & Painter

Andrew graduated from WVU in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. Andrew has spent the past 12 years combining his passions for outdoor recreation and interest in STEM education into a professional capacity. He created an outreach program called Science Behind the Sport that teaches students the real world application of science concepts related to adventure sports like mountain biking, rock climbing, and paddling. About 10 years ago, Andrew discovered his talents for painting and other handyman services. His clientele mostly consisted of friends and family, until he decided to expand his opportunities by founding his own LLC – Apex Whole House Painting. Andrew’s education in engineering and business combined with his background in large scale program management allows him to confidently take on complex projects that require strong technical skills, problem solving abilities, project & budget management, and customer service. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing outside with his wife and children, riding his bike, and camping with his family and dogs.
